The schedule is telling me that Friday night is senior night, but that’s not possible. The season just started. How did we get here already? Also, there’s no way these guys are seniors already. I don’t believe any of it, but I’ve cross-checked today’s date with the team’s schedule and everything is correct. It’s telling me this Friday is October 9, 2026, so I guess I’m just gonna proceed as if that’s accurate. Somehow this Friday is already the final home game of the season and the last chance we get to see Phixen, Blake, Demarion, Luis, Rowan, Christian, Will, Andy, James, Bird, Shabani, Hendrix, IR, Demonte, and Jean-Carlos in their Red Devil uniforms at City Stadium.
Kickoff against the Oshkosh North Spartans takes place at 7:00 PM, but get there 30 minutes early, enjoy the introduction of the senior class at 6:35, and give them the ovation they deserve. Make sure to stop by the Gridiron Club table near the concession stand to pick up Red Devil merch and 50/50 raffle tickets as well. Every purchase supports our program.
See you Friday night. Go Red Devils!
