Camp Curly made its return yesterday, and by all accounts it was a huge success! A big congratulations and thank you to Kyle Cropsey and Rise Up Athletics, Inc. for all the great work they continue to do with young athletes on the east side of Green Bay.
This free camp gave young athletes a chance to share the field with current East High Red Devils, many of whom are former Rise Up athletes themselves. Kyle and Rise Up Athletics have been a fantastic partner for our program, and camps like this one show just how much they invest in our kids.
Shout out to East Head Football Coach Jashawn Witt, who was on the field with the kids making it happen!
We also want to give a shout out to the East football players who showed up to help run stations and coach up the campers. Having our current players give back to the next generation of Red Devils is exactly what this program is all about.
Great job all around — we can’t wait to run it back next year. Go East! Rise Up!
