We posted this a few weeks ago, but the further into the season we get, the harder it gets to find volunteers, so we’re putting this out again. Our two biggest ongoing needs are team dinners and merch & 50/50 raffle sales at games.
We can’t continue to make this happen without the help of our East football families. Below you’ll find links to two sign-up pages—one for working the merch table at games, and one for helping serve team dinners.
Merch Sales
We’re looking for a few awesome parents (2–3 per game) to help run our merch sales this season! Duties include setting up the table before kickoff, selling throughout the game, and packing things up afterward. During varsity games, there’s an extra fun task—selling 50/50 raffle tickets!
If you’ve never done it before, don’t worry—you won’t be on your own. We’ll pair you with an experienced parent to show you the ropes. Ideally, JV parents will cover varsity games, and varsity parents will help during JV games so everyone gets to cheer for their own player.

Team Dinners
One of the best traditions at East High is our Team Dinners the night before every varsity game. The Gridiron Club covers many of these meals—and we supply all the helping hands to make them happen. Each dinner needs 4–6 volunteers to set up, serve food, and clean up afterward. It’s about a two-hour commitment (6-8 PM) and a great chance to connect with players, coaches, and fellow parents.
