Can you feel it? Something is different this week. There’s a chill in the air. The regular season is coming to a close. Every year since 1905 Green Bay East has played Green Bay West. This Friday is the 119th matchup between the two schools. It’s the longest continuously running rivalry in the state. East leads 64-51-3. Both teams are playing their best football in nearly a decade. It’s rivalry week! Here’s what you need to know:
Date: Friday, October 18
Location: Historic City Stadium at East High School (Click here for directions)
Kickoff: 7:00 PM
Admission: Students get free admission to sporting events at East but must present their student ID at the gate to get in.
Tickets are available online at GoFan. $6 for adults, $4 for students (GoFan adds a $1 charge to each ticket).
Tickets are available with cash at the gate. $5 for adults, $3 for students.
Merch Sales: The Gridiron Club will be selling merch near the concession stand. We have custom Gridiron Club gear printed by Malik at Fresh Prints of Green Bay. We’ll also have a limited amount of throwback East warmups and jerseys for sale.
